Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. #6
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeWarren Ellis and Stuart Immonen were clearly having a grand time with Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. #6, and this cover says it all. General Dirk Anger — Director of H.A.T.E., green-tinted monocle in place and a lizard-shaped gum stick clenched between his teeth — holds up his own business card while clutching a pack of "Lizard Zoom" chewing gum, the whole thing styled as a deadpan vintage advertisement promising "extra Pep in the War Against Freedom." Immonen's cover art nails the series' pitch-perfect blend of superhero absurdity and sharp design, making issue #6 a delightfully strange artifact of Marvel's mid-2000s output.
