“The Panther's Vengeance!”

In "The Panther's Vengeance!", Rogue leads Namor and his mysterious half-Atlantean son—no ordinary Gambit—into a hidden Sahara desert sanctuary, where the Exiles have long been watching from the shadows. But the Panther’s forces have found them, and the underground city braces for a brutal assault as five of the Panther’s elite warriors close in. Then, the Black Panther herself steps into the light. Written by Chris Claremont and illustrated by Tom Grummett, with inks by Scott Hanna, colors by Wil Quintana, and letters by Tom Orzechowski, this issue’s cover by Michael Golden captures the moment of confrontation in bold, striking detail.

Rogue takes Namor and his family (which includes a golden, half-Atlantean version of Gambit) to a secret underground city in the Sahara desert where she is reunited with her fellow Exiles. They have been tracked by the Panther's forces, however, and have to fight five of them off. And then the Black Panther herself arrives.
