New Exiles #2
In "Flight of the Avenging Son," the new Exiles embark on their first mission to a fractured world where a failed meteor storm erased half of humanity, leaving a legacy of fractured heroes and bitter power struggles. With Rogue separated and unconscious, Sabretooth falls under the influence of a mysterious villain known as Bloodwitch, while Gambit—son of Namor and Sue Storm—emerges as a key figure in this world’s uneasy balance. Written by Chris Claremont and illustrated by Tom Grummett, with inks by Scott Hanna, colors by Wil Quintana, and letters by Simon Bowland, the issue’s cover by Michael Golden captures the tension of this dangerous new reality.
