This issue contains two stories featuring Nature Boy. The first story involves Nature Boy appealing to the Kings of the Elements to end a drought in Starvation Valley, where neighboring farmers are destroying crops out of hatred. After King Neptune agrees to end the drought, Nature Boy returns to the valley to find the farmers breaking their promise to restore the land. The second story, "Peaceful Island," follows Dave Crandall, a transport pilot, who must make an emergency landing on a remote South Sea island and relies on Nature Boy's survival skills to help stranded travelers survive the sentence of a king who didn't want them there.
