Namor, thought dead, emerges from the sea onto an island, exhibiting insane behavior. Caleb Alexander and his daughter Carrie arrive on the island in their boat Oracle. Caleb uses a device of his own invention to cure Namor of his madness. In gratitude, Namor delivers a chest of immeasurable wealth which they plan to use to try to reduce environmental damage to the Earth. In New York, the phenomenally wealthy siblings, Desmond and Phoebe Marrs, plan on taking over the new conglomerate Oracle, Inc., founded by a mysterious father and daughter team.
