From the creative team of Joshua Williamson and Mike Henderson, this second issue of Image's horror series greets readers with a deeply unsettling image: a blindfolded figure engulfed in roaring flames, viewed from the perspective of two large hands holding what appears to be an open book or folder — as if the inferno itself is being conjured from its pages. Henderson's cover art uses an intense amber and orange palette to make the fire feel genuinely suffocating, and colorist Adam Guzowski's work here is superb. If this 2014 series has you on edge already, issue #2 promises to keep things burning.
