Sumireko recognizes the missing Minagawa cat as one of the giants who attacked her and Ren. Meanwhile Cat Queen sends her monster cats to attack Oto's high school in an attempt to find and kill her and Ren. Not finding them, she next attacks the book store where Sumireko and Ren work, which leads to a confrontation with Sumireko and Shizuku.
