High Level Visitor
5 pp · Science Fiction

A young boy stuck in a cramped city apartment discovers an extraordinary visitor who offers him something he's only dreamed of—the chance to leave the ground far behind and play among the clouds themselves. When Eddie accepts this impossible invitation, he finds himself literally walking on air, but as the adventure unfolds, he realizes that some wishes come with a price he didn't anticipate. This 1965 science fiction tale explores what happens when a child's fondest fantasy becomes all too real.

The Indestructibles
5 pp · Science Fiction

When an alien race called the Mollites threatens Earth's survival in 2240, humanity's last hope rests on a single combat: a lone lieutenant must face an indestructible Mollite warrior on the barren planet Tauris in a winner-take-all duel that will determine Earth's fate. The young soldier lands on that hostile world knowing only that every human who's encountered the enemy has been killed, and now he must find a way to overcome an opponent that claims to be unstoppable.

Beneath the Sea
5 pp · Science Fiction

Tom Miller's passion for diving takes him to a remote locale in search of sunken treasure, but what he discovers in a mysterious underwater cave is far stranger—and more dangerous—than any shipwreck. When Tom encounters something that defies explanation, his air supply becomes his only ally in a desperate race against time. A tale of obsession and the unknown from *Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds* #45, where the ocean floor harbors secrets that refuse to stay buried.

The Anthropoids
5 pp · Science Fiction

When the planet Anthro faces extinction from a collision with another world, its giant inhabitants must decide whether to destroy Earth's population and claim the planet as refuge—or find a peaceful alternative. Locked in a bitter dispute, the Anthropoids resort to their ancient tradition of ritual combat to settle the matter, but by the time the brutal fight concludes, it's already too late to save either world. This tense five-page tale from 1965 asks whether civilization's oldest methods of conflict resolution can ever match the speed of cosmic catastrophe.

The Dream
5 pp · Science Fiction

Commander Jason Baron of Earth's space forces crashes his damaged ship on alien soil during the final battle of an interstellar war with Cobal, only to be captured by the enemy leader Zuru and thrust into a nightmarish trial. Accused of the crime of being human—and therefore complicit in war and destruction—Baron finds himself trapped in a surreal courtroom where denying the dream's reality becomes his only weapon against a guilty verdict. As the trial spirals toward execution, the line between dream and waking reality grows terrifyingly thin.
