Mutt & Jeff #126
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThere's something endearingly relatable about this October 1961 Harvey Comics cover, where the tall, mustachioed Jeff stands soaking wet in a torrential downpour while the shorter Mutt blissfully snoozes under a tiny pup tent — his bare feet sticking out one end, completely oblivious to the flooding around him. The gag practically tells itself, and that "ZZZ"-emblazoned tent is a perfect encapsulation of the duo's mismatched dynamic. Richie Rich also makes a guest-star appearance inside, making this a fun package for fans of Harvey's cheerful stable of characters.
