Bud Fisher's beloved odd-couple duo is back in this Harvey Comics entry from 1960, with the cover capturing the pair in a delightfully chaotic moment — the tall, yellow-suited Mutt standing upright in a speeding red car while the short, top-hatted Jeff grips the wheel below him.
