Al Smith's bright, expressive linework pops wonderfully against that bold red background, capturing the duo's signature comedy of mismatched misadventure. Harvey Comics' long-running series created by Bud Fisher remains a cheerful treat in 1960, and this cover alone promises plenty of good-natured chaos inside.
