AIM hires Deadpool to capture a batch of living "Storyteller" infants who are being kept in fluid filled jars, little knowing that Ms. Marvel has taken twelve of them to the Dark Avengers' tower. Ms. Marvel is attacked by a strange glowing being whom she is only able to defeat with help from the Iron Patriot. Spidey and Wolvie are contacted by the same sort of being who seems to be seeking out their help.
