Courtroom crime meets outer-space mystery in this 1958 DC gem, as the cover — penciled by Sheldon Moldoff and inked by Ray Burnley — drops a green-skinned, large-domed alien head right onto the D.A.'s desk alongside fingerprinting equipment. The District Attorney demands answers from his sergeant, who peers through a magnifying glass at the prints and warns that they're "like nothing on this Earth," while a uniformed officer looks on from the background. It's a wonderfully offbeat collision of hard-boiled police procedural and sci-fi imagination that makes Mr. District Attorney #63 a thoroughly entertaining snapshot of what DC was serving up for a dime in 1958.
