“Code of the Silver Sage”

A comic adaptation of the Republic Pictures western "Code of the Silver Sage," starring Allan "Rocky" Lane and his stallion Black Jack. Rocky helps recover a stolen bullet containing evidence related to the assassination of President Lincoln, which he discovers hidden in an abandoned fort. The story involves Rocky's pursuit of outlaws, his dealings with a stage coach, and a climactic confrontation at a relay station where the President's men attempt to recover the crucial evidence before the criminals can escape with it.
