More Fun Comics #22 is an anthology featuring multiple adventure stories. "Jungle Fever" by Win depicts Red and Curly trapped on a cliff edge by Zaranoff's henchmen armed with a machine gun, forcing them to take cover and escape the relentless gunfire. "Jack Woods" by Will Georgi shows the widow Harkins and Jack's friends barricaded in a cold mine while Stanton's men surround the entrance; Jack disguises himself as a desperado to infiltrate through a secret tunnel, but when his companion Fagin hears a scream, he loses his grip and plunges to his death. The issue also includes a "Fun Club" membership section listing towns across New York and promoting the World-Wide Fun Club organization.
