Rendered in an eerie, monochromatic green by cover artist Eduardo Risso, this tenth issue of Brian Azzarello and Risso's Prohibition-era crime series presents a cold-eyed, mustachioed man gripping a sawed-off shotgun with one hand and a rosary crucifix with the other — suspenders, a close-cropped haircut, and tattooed knuckles completing a portrait of dangerous conviction.
