Mister Miracle #16 (November 1973) puts the spotlight on Shilo Norman, shown on the cover bursting through a crumbling wall while surrounded by a chaotic swarm of tiny, bizarre creatures — a wild visual promise of the "world of micro-monsters" teased in the cover copy.
