A crook claiming to be a landscape artist visits the Rich estate where Richie shows him all the sights, but he intends to steal valuables. Richie had painted gold nuggets to look like rocks, and his golden piggy bank was empty. Plus he did manage to sketch a pond, but was really the top of a gigantic underground diamond.
