Millie the Model arrives in fine form for this 52-page October 1949 Marvel offering, her polka-dot bikini and fishing net doing all the work as she cheerfully quips "Bait? Who uses bait?" — a netful of wide-eyed blue fish apparently agreeing. In the background, a young fellow with his own modest net watches the scene with mild bewilderment, making the gag land perfectly.
