The fourth and final chapter of this Milestone Universe miniseries brings the Shadow Cabinet's full roster together in a kinetic rush of power, with Denys Cowan's pencils and Prentis Rollins's inks delivering a striking ensemble shot — a green-suited hero surging forward at the center, flanked by teammates crackling with electricity, conjuring energy spheres, and wielding blades, while a mysterious figure and an armored operative anchor the foreground. "Lovely Day" closes out the series with a creative team that includes writer Joseph P.
