Metronom' #3

Two figures — a powerfully built man and a younger, leaner companion — stand back-to-back in tense readiness, their clenched fists and wary stances suggesting the weight of whatever mission lies ahead; looming behind them in the cool blue atmosphere is an enormous, ominous disc-shaped structure that casts the whole scene in an eerie, otherworldly glow. Corbeyran, De Saeger, and Grun bring a striking visual confidence to this third chapter of Metronom', with Grun's cover artwork — rendered in deep teals and shadowy blues — conveying both scale and quiet dread. If "Operatie zelfmoord" ("Operation Suicide") is any indication, 2015 was a bold year for this series.
