Metronom' #2
The second chapter of Corbeyran and Grun's Metronom' series arrives with a cover that immediately earns its subtitle "Ruimtestation" — a massive, intricately detailed space station dominates the frame, hovering in orbit above a softly glowing Earth below. Grun's artwork renders the structure with striking depth, its angular struts and domed hull bathed in cool blue tones against a star-filled void, with a small spacecraft visible in the distance suggesting the scale of this orbital setting. If this 2011 Belgian release is any indication, the series has a real flair for grand sci-fi atmosphere.
