This November–December 1945 Fawcett anthology brings together Radar the International Policeman, Nyoka, Captain Marvel Jr., and Bulletman under one cover — promising, as the issue itself boldly declares, "a thrill on every page." Bud Thompson's cover art presents a striking tableau: a caped young hero gazes admiringly up at a statue of Radar, the trench-coated International Policeman, posed on a pedestal bearing his name.
