Master Comics #12 (March 1941) puts patriotic hero Minute-Man — "The One Man Army!" — front and center, his stars-and-stripes costume blazing as he lunges forward with fists ready against a bold star-burst background. Mac Raboy's cover art captures the energy of a Fawcett anthology at full stride, with star-shaped badges around the image advertising the issue's packed roster: Bullet-Man, El Carim, Red Gaucho, Buck Jones, Zoro, Capt. Venture, and Devil's Dagger. For a dime in 1941, this was an impressive lineup of heroes and adventurers under one cover.
