Spider-Man and Sandman make for an unlikely but compelling duo in this November 1997 Marvel Team-Up, with cover art by Darick Robertson and Mark Pennington capturing the two in a chaotic, debris-filled struggle — Sandman's massive sandy form looming as Spidey dangles amid crumbling rubble and cascading sand. The cover also teases Silver Sable's presence, and sure enough she's visible in the lower right corner, cool and armed. Writer Tom Peyer and artist Darick Robertson bring an intriguing premise with "Power Vacuum!" — a story that puts one of Marvel's most versatile former villains alongside its most beloved wall-crawler.
