Marvel Team-Up #115
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeSpider-Man and Thor face a genuinely unsettling threat in this March 1982 installment of Marvel Team-Up — the cover by Bob Layton dominates with the massive, glowering visage of the Mind-Bender looming over both heroes, its glowing pink eyes and fanged mouth radiating psychic energy in all directions. Thor raises Mjolnir on the left while Spider-Man recoils on the right, both dwarfed by the creature whose cover copy promises it "reaches into your soul and releases the demons within." With J. M. DeMatteis scripting and Herb Trimpe on interior art, "Dichotomies!" looks like a cerebral challenge worthy of two of Marvel's heaviest hitters.
