Marvel Tales #164
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis 1984 reprint from Marvel's Marvel Tales series brings together two of Spider-Man's most menacing villains on a single rooftop battleground — the cover by Steve Ditko shows a webbed-up Spider-Man reeling from the Crime-Master's gun while the Green Goblin looms above in a burst of flame, with a third shadowy figure lurking below. Ditko's sharp linework and dynamic staging make the scene crackle with tension, perfectly capturing the "who is the Crime-Master?" intrigue teased by the story title. A great entry point to the Stan Lee and Steve Ditko era of Spider-Man storytelling.
