In "Whosoever Harms the Hulk..!", Namor’s reign as Atlantis’s ruler is shattered when Byrrah usurps the throne and imprisons him on the fiery Inferno Isle. With the help of Dorma, who uncovers Byrrah’s hypnosis machine and turns the tide of loyalty back to Namor, the Sub-Mariner returns to face his enemies. Just as Byrrah forces Attuma to activate a doomsday weapon meant to destroy Atlantis, Namor arrives in time to stop the catastrophe. Written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Bill Everett with inks by Dan Adkins and letters by Sam Rosen, this 1974 issue features a cover by Gil Kane.

In "Whosoever Harms the Hulk..!", the Hulk, barely clinging to life after a brutal clash with the Abomination, is revived by General Ross and his men. As Banner returns to human form, he devises a risky plan to lure the Abomination back to the Gamma base using Betty as bait. The two titans face off once more in a thunderous showdown, their battle echoing across the desert. From a distant galaxy, the Stranger observes, and with a sudden shift in fate, chooses to take the Abomination as an ally—leaving the Hulk’s fate hanging in the balance.
