The Avengers are prisoners of a gang of villains led by the Crimson Cowl, who is revealed to be Ultron-5. Jarvis has turned over the plans of Avengers HQ to Ultron-5 under a hypnotic spell and now Klaw is tasked to dispose of Jarvis. But Klaw is careless and Jarvis escapes to warn the Black Knight. The Black Knight's arrival turns the tables and the Avengers are freed.
