The entire Fantastic Four — the Human Torch ablaze, the ever-lovin' Thing roaring, Sue Storm wide-eyed with alarm, and Mr. Fantastic looming behind — recoil in apparent horror at a smirking green-skinned figure whose face fills the screen of an old television set, on this striking cover by Mike Allred. There's something wonderfully unsettling about the composition, with the FF crowded together while that eerie, elongated visage grins up at them from the TV. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Mizuki Sakakibara kick off "Impossible Things Happen Every Day" with a premise that already feels like must-read Marvel Knights territory.
