Marvel Knights #10

Two formidable women — a white-haired figure in flowing white and a red-haired agent in a sleek dark bodysuit, both armed with serious firepower — dominate this 2001 Marvel Knights cover, with a classic convertible sports car roaring along at the bottom of the composition. The swirling blue-grey clouds and ornate decorative flourishes give the whole image an atmospheric, almost gothic energy that suits the Marvel Knights imprint perfectly. With Chuck Dixon writing, Eduardo Barreto on interior art, and cover pencils by Trent Kaniuga inked by Danny Miki, issue #10's "The Good with the Bad" looks like exactly the kind of street-level thriller this line does so well.
