Marvel Comics #1001
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart of Marvel's 80th anniversary celebration, this oversized anthology continues the grand story begun in Marvel Comics #1000, and the cover by Rod Reis captures that sense of occasion beautifully — The Thing charges forward with fists raised, flanked by She-Hulk and a claws-bared Wolverine, while Spider-Man swings in below them, all four heroes bursting dramatically from an open copy of Marvel Comics #1000 in a cascade of light and color. It's a wonderfully self-referential image that treats the Marvel Universe as something literally alive and leaping off the page. Al Ewing and ACO bring their talents to the "Space and Time" story within, with colors by Tamra Bonvillain and letters by VC's Clayton Cowles rounding out the creative team.
