Marvel Collectors' Item Classics #11
In "The Micro-World of Doctor Doom!", Stan Lee and Steve Ditko take readers on a mind-bending journey as the Hulk, still wrestling with the lingering influence of Bruce Banner’s intellect, faces a new threat in the form of the alien Metal Master. With Banner’s features now permanently etched into his form, the Hulk must confront a foe whose power overwhelms him—leading to a shocking capture by General Ross. The cover, a dynamic collaboration by Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Dick Ayers, and George Roussos, captures the intensity of the moment, while Stan Goldberg’s colors and Art Simek’s lettering bring the story to life in this 1967 classic.
