This stunning finale issue of the 2021 series brings together a sweeping assembly of Marvel's greatest heroes — the cover by Alex Ross renders Iron Man soaring at the center, flanked by the Human Torch blazing on one side and Spider-Man and the Thing commanding the foreground, while Captain America, the Scarlet Witch, Thor, the Angel, and a host of other familiar faces fill out the composition in Ross's signature painterly style. The yellow-and-grayscale palette gives the whole ensemble an almost monumental, timeless quality that suits a story titled "Overture." With Ross also handling interior art alongside Mitch O'Connell, this is a beautifully crafted love letter to the Marvel universe.
