Marmaduke Mouse #65

Marmaduke Mouse is having the most relaxed fishing trip imaginable on this cheerful December 1956 cover — the little mouse has dozed right off in his rowboat, fishing rod still in hand, blissfully unaware of the colorful parade of fish, seaweed, and sea creatures filling the underwater world beneath him. Quality Comics kept the fun going strong with issue #65, and this "Lucky Mouse" installment promises the kind of breezy, good-natured slapstick that made Marmaduke such an easygoing delight.
