“Tessa - the Untamed!”

In "Tessa - the Untamed!", a quiet moment at the market garden takes a sudden turn when Wendy, dismissed as merely petite and flighty, finds herself alone at dusk. With a storm brewing and a broken window threatening the crops, she takes matters into her own hands—climbing a ladder to shield the plants, only to stumble as Simon returns from the party. Daniel Garcia’s expressive art brings the tension and quiet courage of the moment to life, capturing a story where strength isn’t measured in size, but in action.

The manager of the market garden where Wendy works is critical of her, accusing her of using her small size and fluttering eyelashes to get the other men to do her jobs for her. When he goes to a party with the boss's daughter, a tall, willowy blonde, he asks Wendy to lock up. She does, but a cold wind causes a branch to fall and break through the glass. Realizing the plants will be ruined, she gets a ladder and covers the hole. Coming down from the ladder, she falls just as Simon is returning from the party.
