“A Proper Duchess”

In "A Proper Duchess," Joe’s sudden arrival at home with a new factory worker, Bill, stirs tension in the household—especially with his sister Dulcie, who’s long endured his bossiness. Stamper, this 1959 tale from Marilyn #216 captures a quiet, tender spark amid everyday family dynamics, all set against the backdrop of a simple but heartfelt summer.
