Kay gets angry when a young man uses the box she'd stepped off of for a moment. She wants to see her dad's team play, but can't see over the crowd without the box. She pushes him off the box and as they argue, a third old man takes the box. Then Martin takes her hand and goes to buy two tickets for them. When she gets home that night, she is surprised when her dad brings Martin with him, introducing him as a young man who has just started at the works and is going to be her dad's new centre-forward.
