Marauders #2

Part two of "Extinction Agenda" arrives with a cover that sets the stakes in stark, fiery terms: a silver-haired man kneels defiantly on shattered ground, fists clenched, while an enormous armored figure in crimson — horned helmet aglow with burning red eyes and a glowing spear in hand — looms over him with unmistakable menace. Kael Ngu's cover art bathes the whole scene in hellish light, making the contrast between the vulnerable, suit-clad figure below and the towering mechanical threat above feel genuinely tense. Steve Orlando and Eleonora Carlini continue their run on this Destiny of X tie-in, and if this cover is any indication, issue #2 is not letting up on the pressure.
