Man O' Mars #1

This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. "John Hunter of the Marsmen" features a space traveler whose weapons malfunction on Mars due to the planet's lower hydrogen content; when his magnetic drive malfunctions, he is stranded and battles green Martian inhabitants. "Star Pirate" follows a space-rover named Star as he infiltrates the domain of the galaxy's richest man, Manvid Braxon, engaging in combat and espionage involving guards and laboratory facilities. The issue also includes what appears to be a third story involving Space Rangers operating near a Fenn Laboratories facility on Mars, dealing with detector screens, trap switches, and encounters with transforming creatures called dyno-tubes.
