# Major Victory Comics #3 The issue features multiple stories including a K-9 tale in which Detective Dick Starr's dog K-9 and his brother Tip brave a trail to protect their master and crack the vault at Central Trust, foiling a robbery plot by thugs. Another story follows a young boy named Billy whose Uncle Henry runs a trash collection business; after Billy spots a dog with a collar and license tag, he pursues the animal and becomes involved in an adventure with his uncle's garbage truck. The issue also contains a Rocketboy adventure in which the young hero, wearing his rocketboy uniform, is sent on a mission via radioed message to Africa to help locate his father, leading to an encounter with a man named Morris and a dramatic plane journey.
