In "Buttman & Rubbin'", the absurdly named Buttman clashes with the icy Frostbite while a mild-mannered botanist, Prunella, undergoes a bizarre transformation into the villainous Poison I.V. Meanwhile, as Neuman nears his end, his daughter Boobra arrives—and unexpectedly becomes Buttgirl. With the trio united, they face their foes, and Neuman miraculously recovers. But when Buttman grows jealous of Rubbin' stealing the spotlight, he makes a surprising move: he replaces his partner with a new, more... heady version of himself. Written by Arnie Kogen and illustrated with manic precision by Mort Drucker, the cover by Drucker captures the issue's gloriously ridiculous spirit.
