Droopy is frustrated when it seems that everywhere he goes there is a sign saying "no dogs allowed". When he tries to go to Boy Scout camp and there is a "no dogs allowed" sign there, he sneaks in to try on one of their uniforms. He is mistaken for a real Boy Scout and gets to find out what they do during the day.
