“City Under Fire [Part 1]”

"City Under Fire [Part 1]" kicks off a gripping chapter in the M.A.R.S. Patrol Total War saga, where an unseen enemy descends on New York City cloaked in a blinding mist, testing new weapons with terrifying precision. As the Air Force responds by seeding clouds to break the fog, the M.A.R.S. team faces escalating danger—especially when the twin towers of the International Trade Center are brought down in the chaos. In a moment that marks a turning point, Jace Crane leads the charge, his sacrifice paving the way for a desperate counterattack. Written by Leo Dorfman and illustrated by Mike Roy with inks by Mike Peppe, the issue’s cover by George Wilson captures the city’s descent into turmoil.
