Elizabeth buys a book titled "How to Get Your Man - and Hang on to Him" and tries its advice to get the boy at the bus stop interested in her. Each attempt fails miserably. In a fit of frustrated anger, she throws the book out the window and hits a man who was passing by. After she apologizes and gets acquainted with the man, he asks if he can see her again the next day. She muses that maybe the book had brought her romance after all.
