An artist returns to his trailer to find an Italian girl there, claiming she has come to live with him. Carina explains that David's actor brother had met her in Italy and promised to marry her. But he never contacted her again and people laughed at her, so she came to London to find him. When she discovered that David was Terry's brother, she decided to stay with David until Terry comes back to see him. Meanwhile, Terry is planning to wed an heiress and, when the brothers contact each other secretly, asks David to keep Carina away until after the wedding.
