Joan’s boyfriend, pilot Tom, is killed in a crash. She subsequently dates pilot Ted, but fears the same thing will happen again, and breaks up with him. Businessman John proposes marriage, but wants to put Joan’s young brother and sister, whom she is raising, in boarding school. Charlie turns out to be married already. Then Ted returns and now Joan is ready to marry him.
