Beth travels to South America to help manage a small airline branch run by Mendez. Vince is hired as a pilot, flying nitroglycerin to mines. Beth learns Mendez is sabotaging the planes so a new company he owns can get the contract. She and Vince discover, in mid-flight, that a grenade is rigged to explode when they land. The plane lands safely. Mendez will go to jail, and Vince and Beth will return to the USA and get married.
