In the depths of the ocean, Namor faces a monstrous creature known only as It, their clash triggering an avalanche that traps the beast. As the submarine crew flees, Namor turns on the vessel, tearing through its hull in a furious assault. When It returns, the battle escalates—destroying more of the sub and seemingly ending the creature’s life. With the carcass in tow, the submarine departs, leaving Namor weakened and barely able to return to Atlantis. There, advanced Atlantean medicine saves him from a deadly radiation dose, and as he recovers, he resolves to call a council of War.

Untitled Superhero story

In "null," the Hulk, convinced the Silver Surfer is an alien threat, charges into battle with the only being on Earth who might match his strength. The Surfer, unimpressed, subdues him and, through a psychic probe, learns the truth behind Hulk’s rage—the devastating toll of gamma radiation. As the Surfer begins to heal Dr. Banner, the Hulk awakens, misinterprets the act as an assault, and erupts in fury. Left disillusioned, the Surfer departs, leaving the Hulk determined to track him down and force a journey beyond Earth.
