“A Sticky Spot”

Wile E. Coyote has done it again — trusted an ACME All-Natural Trap, and predictably ended up as its very first victim, swallowed whole by a giant purple carnivorous plant while Road Runner zips off into the desert canyon without a care in the world. The cover pencils by Leonardo Batic and inks by Rubén Torreiro capture the sun-baked Southwest setting with all the rubbery slapstick energy fans expect from this series. Issue #88 of DC's Looney Tunes promises plenty of that signature comedy with the interior story "A Sticky Spot" — and judging by the cover, things are already going very, very wrong for that poor coyote.

writer Jesse Leon McCann · artist David Álvarez · inker Mike DeCarlo · colorist Dave Tanguay · colorist Digital Chameleon · letterer Jenna Garcia · cover Leonardo Batic, Rubén Torreiro
